i like the use of the word "love" repeated on the background. it gives it an almost 3D feel? you said that the "Picture says it all" but honestly I'm not really sure what the picture is saying.
good job on the background effects, can't read the quote too well. maybe you could incorporate the quote in there better by moving it more towards the center but also be off center.

can't really read it very well....i really like the background but i think you need to focus more on the words.
